Conference Solutions presents an estimated budget with each contract and will follow-up with continuous updates throughout the planning process. Our history of managing a wide variety of meetings in multiple areas assures our Clients with pricing accuracy based on years of meeting experience. We understand the importance of pricing accuracy and devote a great deal of time and effort to provide a thorough and detailed budget. Additionally, our staff continues to submit revised and dated budgets based on program changes and revisions. A Standard Operating Procedure for budget approvals is established for each of our customers.

In addition, Conference Solutions. is capable of interacting with Spend Management Systems such as Ariba, allowing for closer shared control of budgets and assignments.

Final bill reconciliation is fulfilled at the conclusion of each meeting. All charges are carefully audited and a complete line-item final bill with all necessary back-up is presented within an agreed-upon timeline. We are also acutely aware of the importance and need for accounting transparency that adhere with Client guidelines.
