The first steps toward a successful meeting, conference or other live event are to determine the best format and the right location. Conference Solutions can assist with all aspects of the planning phase.

We begin the planning process well in advance of your event date by getting to know your company. We analyze your situation-taking into account budget constraints, number of attendees, duration of the event, presentation formats and materials, theme and decor, facilities and equipment needed, preferred environment, accommodations, meals, refreshments and other requirements. Then, working with you, we develop timetables, responsibilities and other considerations.

Once meeting goals and budgets are established, our experienced staff manages each event from start to finish, including pre-and post-conference meetings, verification of meeting room sets to be sure they are consistent with the meeting agenda, coordination of group activities and banquet event orders. We also monitor program-related costs to make sure the meeting operates within budget parameters and closely check all billing for accuracy.
